Over the years, K n J Photography has been honoured with multiple prestigious photography awards in recognition of the emotion, storytelling, and craftsmanship captured in every image.

A standout achievement was receiving Gold recognition in the Shine Awards for signature silhouette work—an acknowledgment of the timeless beauty and technical mastery behind these unique portraits. These awards affirm my ongoing commitment to producing heart-led, high-quality photography for families, children, and pets across Brisbane and beyond.

Each award is not just a trophy, but a testament to the moments that matter—and the people and pets that make life extraordinary.

AIPP Silver Lining Awards

2021 year was the year I decided to up my game and enter even more prestigious awards where some of the top leading photographers in Australia compete for the title of, well to sum it up " the best of the best " in their genre of photography. For me, that was the Colour category. I am known in my area of photography for silhouettes so it only seemed fitting to enter exactly that.

I'm proud to say I got top 25 in the Colour category out of hundreds of applicants.

Shine Awards

Welcome to the Shine Awards. I first came across these special awards held quarterly a couple of months ago and decided I must give it a go. They have photographers worldwide enter online with some of the highest-ranked judges making their comments and scores to decide the best in the industry during that round of competition. I am proud to say my first time entering I received a GOLD for my maternity genre.
